Gentle Movement




Weekly class for women with limited mobility due to natural aging process or injury/illness, who would like to rebuild strength, endurance, flexibility, and stability. In addition to chair based practice, we also practice yoga and/or Qi Gong on our feet to develop balance and confidence. Every session begins and ends with breathing exercises to calm the mind and body. The body is approached gently and with care to support bone and joint health. 

The fee is Rs1,200 per class. Or you can pay Rs4,500 for a 4 class package.
