One on one sessions combine yogic body and breath-work with somatic therapy and are tailored for your specific needs and body. These are particularly ideal if you are working with chronic pain in the body, recovering from an injury, or finding it difficult emotionally or physically to carry on with daily activities.

Depending on your needs, we can do a somatic therapy session, reiki session, or customised breath and bodywork sessions where you will get focused help in pain management, breath-work, form, and pose modifications to aid you in your healing journey. 

With individualised support you can build strength, flexibility and a deeper awareness of your body and breath. This will help you heal, develop your own practice and be equipped to take better care of yourself.
